The role of the Finance Committee is to oversee the finances of the Unitarian Fellowship of Peterborough through the implementation of Board approved Financial Policies.
UFP’s Capital Fund exists to make physical improvements to the space we worship in. Consistent with our principles, creating and maintaining a space that is accessible to everyone has always been a priority. Preparations are underway by the Finance Committee to launch a capital campaign so that we can do our part to assist Beth Israel Synagogue achieve the needed improvements. The Committee consists of the Treasurer, Fred Kooy, who is an elected member of the Board and a minimum of three additional individuals who are drawn from the membership. Currently they are, Kimberly Black, Gord Drew, Joan Higginson, Fred Kooy, Kathleen Stephenson-Fields, Jo Harris and Rev. Julie Stoneberg.
